Registration for a MasTrainer account, which will allow you to use the same login information anywhere in the world, is done through Google or Apple ID, Google only for Android, and Google or Apple ID for iOS. This will grant access to your name, email address, and date of birth.
VI. YOUR MASTRAINER ACCOUNT
MasTrainer may also collect the following information when you register for an account, if you choose to provide it: gender, personal preferences, social identifier (if you choose to access your account through a social network), and age or date of birth.

MASTRAINER COMMUNITIES: If you become a member of a MasTrainer community (“Member”), we will ask for basic personal information (we will explain what information is needed and what information you can choose to provide), such as: your name, email address, and date of birth. Once you are a member, you may choose to provide us with additional personal information, such as:

If you are a winner of any of the prize draws, we will ask for additional personal information, such as:
- your postal address and shoe or clothing size, in order to send the prize.
If we want to promote the MasTrainer Communities and prize draws and you are a winner of a draw, we will ask for additional personal information, such as:

REGISTRATION THROUGH A SOCIAL NETWORK: If you decide to create a MasTrainer account through your social network account (such as Facebook), your login credentials will be imported through your social network account. We will often also receive certain personal information (which you have agreed to have accessible on your public profile) through the social network, such as:
Your name, age, location, preferences, occupation, and other information from the public profile, such as your photos, your list of friends on the social network, or your likes. The social network will not share this information with MasTrainer if you have a private profile.
MasTrainer does not request this information, but it is provided by the social network through the use of the social login option if you have a public profile, in accordance with the terms of use of the social network. MasTrainer will not use this information without your consent.

MasTrainer is solely responsible for the handling of its own information and privacy, and not for any actions that the aforementioned “Valkyria” application may take with its database or the information it receives.

XI. HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
The personal information we collect when you first register will be used for identification and authentication across all MasTrainer services, allowing you to use the same account details to log in from anywhere and any device. The global single sign-on enables MasTrainer systems to identify you anywhere in the world, eliminating the need to register with us again if you log in from another country.
Furthermore, MasTrainer creates a profile for you with the necessary information to provide you with our products and services. The personal information we obtain from the aforementioned sources will be used in the format received or may be combined with personal information obtained from other internal or external sources, as applicable. We use and analyze this personal information for the following purposes:
- Improvement of our products and services: We use your personal information to create a profile about you in order to understand how you use our products and services, to develop more interesting and relevant products and services, and to personalize the products and services we offer you.
- Order processing: We use the relevant personal information described above (including your name, address, and payment details) to process and deliver your order and to inform you of the status of your order. Social Login (meaning the use of your social media credentials such as your login information as a Facebook user to create your MasTrainer account and log in to it): when you use the social login option, MasTrainer will limit the use of public profile information to what is necessary for creating your MasTrainer account. MasTrainer will discard any irrelevant information it receives from the social network. After creating your account, you will have the opportunity to supplement it with any information you wish to share with us, such as personal information you provide when completing a survey. WITH OTHER ENTITIES OF THE MASTRAINER GROUP: We share limited personal information that you provide when registering (such as name, email address, password, and date of birth) with other entities of the MasTrainer Group to enable global single sign-on and for authentication purposes. This allows you to use the same login information anywhere in the world, and our systems will recognize your data.
We may share the information stored in your profile with other entities of the MasTrainer Group if both entities are responsible for your personal information, or if the other entities act as service providers and process your personal information according to our instructions or on our behalf.
WITH SERVICE PROVIDERS: We share limited personal information provided by you during your unique MasTrainer registration (your name, email address, password and date of birth) with our cloud service providers for identification and authentication purposes. This allows you to log into your MasTrainer account quickly and easily from anywhere in the world.
We will also share your personal information, only when necessary and for the purposes described above, with various third parties who will process your personal information on our behalf. This may include third parties managing contests/prize draws, hosting providers, delivery or courier services, payment and fraud management, as well as credit rating agencies and analytic platform providers, among others. We require these service providers and other third parties to comply with strict rules when processing your personal information, including using your personal information only in accordance with MasTrainer’s instructions and applicable laws.
WITH SOCIAL MEDIA: Our website and applications may, under certain circumstances, provide you with social media plugins from various social networks. WITH YOUR CONSENT: We will share your personal information with other third parties (different from those described above, for example, sports centers or gyms, or when you decide to connect our devices with devices from other manufacturers) in other limited circumstances.
